A full body massage here is prevention, not treatment of pain that has already arrived. It is exactly the idea I talk about most: care for your body before it forces you to, not after.
An even, calm pace, whole-body work, no beating the pain out of you. The goal is to release accumulated tension, restore normal muscle tone and switch the nervous system out of permanent standby.
Who it is for
- Constant tension and tiredness without an obvious illness
- Trouble falling asleep, waking up unrested
- Heavy workload, deadlines, life on edge
- You want to maintain your body regularly rather than repair it later
How a session goes
-
1
Setting up
We agree where the tension sits today and how firm the work should be.
-
2
Whole body work
Back, legs, arms, neck — a steady rhythm that calms the nervous system.
-
3
Focus areas
Extra time on the zones holding the most tension.
-
4
Finish
A gentle ending and a few minutes to simply lie there and come back.
Result
- Background tension in shoulders and neck lets go
- Sleep gets deeper from the first night
- A feeling of lightness returns to the body
Questions and answers
How often should I come?
To maintain a good state, once every one or two weeks. Under heavy stress it makes sense to do the first 3–4 sessions more frequently and then move to a maintenance rhythm.
How is it different from therapeutic massage?
A full body massage works with the whole body and your general state; therapeutic massage targets a problem area and the cause of pain. If you have specific pain, start with therapeutic.
