Where to start if you are not sure what to choose
There are a lot of services and it is easy to get lost. In practice the choice comes down to one question: what brought you here.
If something hurts and has hurt for a long time — start with an applied kinesiology assessment. It answers the question you cannot guess at: which muscle has switched off and why a completely different area hurts. After that it is clear what to fix and in what order.
If the pain is acute and recent — therapeutic massage. Release the spasm first; we will look into causes once it eases.
If nothing hurts but the body is wearing down — a course of full body massage. This is prevention, and it costs a fraction of treatment.
If you train — sports massage, timed around your training cycle.
If your legs swell by evening — lymphatic drainage. In Cyprus this is close to the most common request of the summer.
If you are deciding for a company — office massage, in 15 and 20 minute formats.
A single session or a programme
A one-off session makes sense when the task is one-off: clearing fatigue, recovering after a flight, loosening up after a hard week. Massage handles that on its own.
If the problem has dragged on for months, single sessions will each work for about two weeks. Then you need the combination: assessment finds the cause, massage clears the consequence, kinesiotherapy brings back what switched off, and the home programme holds the result between visits. Each element alone is weaker than all four together.
What you actually need becomes clear after the first assessment. I will not push a course on you if three sessions will do.
