Honest about the main thing: massage does not burn fat. It works on fluid stagnation, tissue tone and circulation — and that is what makes skin smoother and firmer. Results come from a course combined with movement and hydration, not from a single session.
I work intensively but within your comfort: bruises are not a sign of quality, they are a sign of damaged capillaries.

Questions and answers
How many sessions are in a course?
A standard course is 10–15 sessions, two or three times a week. Less than twice a week makes the course pointless: the tissue returns to its starting state in between.
Will I be bruised?
You should not be. A bruise is a capillary rupture and it does not speed anything up. I work intensively but without damaging vessels.
Are there contraindications?
Yes: varicose veins in the treated area, thrombophlebitis, pregnancy, skin inflammation, acute gynaecological conditions. Please tell me in advance.
