Applied kinesiology is a way of talking to the body in its own language. A muscle answers a short test effort: it either holds the load or gives way. A chain of such answers reveals which link is switched off and why its neighbour is overloaded.
This is not an alternative to a doctor and not a replacement for an MRI. It is a diagnostic step that answers the question a scan cannot: why does the back hurt when the spine looks normal, and what exactly should be fixed first.
Who it is for
- Tests come back normal, but the pain is real
- Pain keeps moving: lower back, then knee, then neck
- Treatment helps briefly and the symptom returns
- You do not know where to start rehabilitation after an injury
- You want a plan for your body, not a set of random procedures
How a session goes
-
1
Interview and observation
History of the problem, habitual postures, loads, old injuries — the cause is often exactly there.
-
2
Muscle testing
We check key muscles one by one: which switch on normally and which fail to hold the load.
-
3
Mapping the chain
We connect the findings into one picture: where the primary weak link is and where the secondary compensation sits.
-
4
The plan
You leave with a clear plan: what we release with massage, what we activate with movement, how many sessions and what to do at home.
Result
- A clear cause instead of a list of diagnoses
- A recovery plan with priorities and a timeline
- Time and money saved on treatments you do not need
Questions and answers
Is applied kinesiology evidence-based medicine?
It is a functional assessment method, not a medical diagnosis. I use muscle testing to understand how the muscles work and where the balance is disturbed, and I build a recovery programme on that. If there are signs of a condition that needs a doctor, I refer you to one.
Can I come for the assessment only?
Yes. Many people come exactly for that: to understand what is happening in their body and get a plan. What you do next is your decision.
Do I need to undress?
No, testing is done in comfortable clothes that let you move freely.
