The course and its cost are chosen after the first assessment: some people need three sessions, others a two-month programme. Message me on Telegram and I will tell you exactly after a short review.

What the price depends on

The cost of a session is set by its length and by what it includes. An hour of therapeutic massage and an hour where the first twenty minutes are assessment are different pieces of work, even though the clock says the same thing.

The first visit costs more in time than in money: going through your history, watching how you move and muscle testing take a separate 20–30 minutes on top of the session itself. I do not charge separately for that — but I will not rush it either.

A course costs less than the same number of single visits

If the problem is chronic, single sessions will not close it: the body returns to its habitual pattern faster than you can come back. A course of 8–10 sessions with a home programme in between costs less than the same number of one-off visits and, more importantly, produces a result that holds.

How many sessions you need is something I will tell you after the first assessment. Sometimes it is three, sometimes it is a two-month programme — and predicting that without looking at you would not be honest.

No hidden extras

Everything the session needs is included: oils, linen, equipment. The home exercise programme, where one is needed, is included too — it is part of the work, not a separate service.
